Medical Insurance is offered, with three plans to choose from. Employees who do not need Medical Insurance through Country Maid are eligible to receive a Medical Insurance Waiver bonus between $1,500 and $2,750.

Dental Insurance through Blue Dental is fully paid for all eligible employees. Employees have the option of adding a spouse and/or family.
Vision Insurance through Avesis is fully paid for all eligible employees. Employees have the option of adding a spouse and/or family.
A Cafeteria Plan (Section 125 pre-tax savings plan) is offered for both medical and dependent care expenses.
Supplemental Insurance through Aflac is offered for Cancer Protection, Hospitalization, Accidents, and Supplementary Dental.
A Wellness Reimbursement of up to $25 per month is provided for gym memberships, chiropractic care, organized walks or runs, therapeutic massage, acupuncture, and counseling sessions.
Smoking Cessation costs are fully covered by the company.
Emotional Wellbeing
Emotional wellness is vital to our wellbeing and quality of life. These tools aim to provide strategies to help improve emotional wellness, as well as support employees as they cope with challenges.

Grief counseling is offered at no cost to employees who have lost a loved one and need to take Bereavement Leave.
CMI provides Bereavement Leave of between one and five days for the loss of an immediate family member.
Expanded Bereavement Leave provides three paid days to an employee who has suffered the loss of a child before birth.
Free counseling or therapy sessions are provided through the company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Subscriptions to the Calm App are fully reimbursed for employees to engage in stress management practices.
Marketplace Chaplains are on-site chaplains available to help support and care for Country Maid team members. The chaplains are also available 24/7 via the MyChap app.
Family & Social Wellbeing
At Country Maid, we strive not for work/life balance, but rather work/life harmony. These tools are available to provide opportunity and, at times, financial support for employees to take care of other obligations in life. Our hope is helping with this will allow our employees to be fully present no matter where they may find themselves – at work or home!

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan is Country Maid’s retirement plan, and provides our team of employee-owners an annual distribution of stock to allow them to save for retirement at a substantial rate without ever having to put in their own funds.
Paid Time Off is provided, starting at three weeks per year.
CMI provides the following paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving (for employees regularly scheduled to work on Friday), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
College-bound assistance provides one paid day of leave for an employee (per child) to accompany their child on college visits.
Country Maid offers two weeks of Paid Parental Leave for either parent following the birth of a child or placement for adoption or foster care.
Country Maid provides additional paid maternity leave for the birth mother. CMI will supplement short-term disability insurance to provide 100% salary / hours for a birth mother for a period of four weeks, for a total of six weeks of paid maternity leave for the birth mother.
Pre-birth and post-leave reduced schedules are provided for birth mothers prior to and after giving birth. Country Maid provides a total of four weeks of ramp-out and ramp-in to ensure the birth mother’s comfort before the birth and to ensure she is able to return with as much support as possible. Two weeks prior to leave, the birth mother can work 75% hours and be paid fully; the week prior to birth, the mother can work 50% hours and be paid fully. Following leave, the birth mother’s first week back will be scheduled at 50% hours with full pay; the second week after leave will be scheduled at 75% hours but fully paid to ensure a more seamless transition back to work for her and the infant.
Job-protected medical leave is available for qualifying employees through FMLA (The Family & Medical Leave Act).
Because it’s our hope you love your job and want to show it off, we encourage and welcome facility tours for your family and friends.
